What's a "Grand Slam knock off"?

Catch one of every species of game fish that is in the body of water we are fishing for the day and I'll knock $50.00 off your trip. Some might think this is a hard task but it was done 8 times last year. (I don't count rough fish.) If the DNR lists the main game fish in a lake to be northern pike, walleye, bass, sunfish, and perch as the game fish and  you catch one of each, I'll knock $50.00 off your trip.
